Ecommerce operations / Weekly reporting
Your store report.
Every number explained.
Preparing your first weekly store report? Check paid orders, refunds and channel revenue, then explain what changed. Practice with new data until you can do it without mentor hints.
For junior ecommerce operators · no account needed · about 15 minutes
Your ecommerce reporting desk
One store report, five checks
Brief: you have joined an ecommerce operations team. Your lead needs this week’s store report.
Count paid orders. Subtract refunds from revenue. Exclude cancelled orders. Compare net revenue with the previous week. Name the leading channel and say whether these rows prove ads caused growth.
All rows describe a fictional online store in USD. Use your own spreadsheet or permitted AI; never paste private store or customer data into the coach.
Practice policy: group paid orders and their refunds by the order’s week. Discounts, tax, shipping, fees and cross-period refund timing are not modeled. Align your real store’s reporting definitions before applying this method.

Stages describe these exercises, not a degree or a professional qualification. “Without hints” still allows your selected tools. Repeated answers and mentor-assisted attempts do not unlock independent transfer.

Know what is being measured
Who is this coach for?
Adults starting in ecommerce operations who need to check a weekly store report. This first track trains order boundaries, refunds, channel totals and defensible growth explanations. Start with a baseline, fix one weak point, attempt a fresh case and recheck after three days.
How do the levels work?
Level 0: no completed case. Level 1: all five checks pass on any case. Level 2: first-attempt success on a new transfer case without mentor hints. Level 3: pass another case at least three days after an earlier independent pass, using the same allowed tools. Self-reported work application is shown separately.
Is a higher score proof that the AI improved my work?
No. These are controlled arithmetic and interpretation checks on fictional cases, not a validated job-skills assessment. Case difficulty, tools and practice differ. Time is an active-tab estimate for this visit, not a productivity benchmark. The AI explanation can be wrong; check the underlying rows.
Where do my records go?
By default, practice records stay in this browser. Clearing site storage removes them; export a backup first. An AI request sends your question, fictional case and answers to this site and Cloudflare Workers AI; this app does not save the question or reply to its database. Cloud saving is a separate action on the member page. Optional usage counts store event categories with a pseudonymous browser identifier for up to 90 days, not your report answers. Do not use this demo for sensitive data.
Can I use this with learners or colleagues?
Yes. Share this page or embed it with ?embed=1. Ask learners to keep their tool choice consistent and attempt a fresh case before comparing results. This is designed for adults.
A marketing tag describes a link, not a verified person or a sale. Only a verified payment counts as revenue.
